[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional auditing services to audit its financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2015, with the option of auditing its financial statements for each of the two subsequent fiscal years for government authority located in West St. Paul, MN.
(2) Contract period shall be for three years.
